Are you looking for a total solution for fresh ice cream in a limited space? With Gelolab you are guaranteed to get the right experience in your business. With Gelostandard's Showlab you can easily prepare the ice cream in sight of your guests.

The Gelolab concept works with the traditional Italian pozzetti. In these round ice trays, the ice cream is made in the preparation section of 1-6 machines, after which the pozzetti are transferred to the matching display case and the next ice cream flavour can be made.
The concept can be filled in completely as desired in terms of composition and design. In most cases, a set of a double machine with one or two matching display cases is chosen, in which 5 or 7 pozzetti can be presented each. Naturally, Veenhuizen Ice Cream Solutions takes care of complete supervision of your start-up with the concept. If desired, we will provide recipes, train your employees and always accompany you for a day during the opening.
